METHODS/DESCRIPTION:

"THE SALTED PORK" : Minced meat stirred fry with preserved vegetables in Canola Vegetable Oil, give an end result of meaty, salty, salty and salty taste .....

★★ ~Salty~

"BLACK FOREST" : Black Fungus stirred fry with Cabbage in Thailand Fish Sauce to give a salty taste to the plain cabbage and fungus. Ugly looking dish but yet give a crunchy and tangy feeling after every bite.

★★ ~Over crunchy. Having a toothache now~

"THE SUN" : Fresh Chicken Egg fry to a perfect sunny-side up style being both appealing and delicious.
